5.2.1 A confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This does not guarantee order fulfillment.

5.2.2 An email confirming dispatch completes the contract between you and Eterna Arte.

5.2.3 Order acceptance is deemed complete upon sending the dispatch email.

5.2.4 For order information, contact our client service team.

5.2.5 We may reject orders if items are out of stock, payment authorization fails, or product/pricing errors occur.

5.2.6 If unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you.

5.2.7 We strive to keep the Site up-to-date but cannot guarantee constant availability.

5.2.8 We may request additional details for fraud prevention.

6. Price

6.1 Prices are displayed based on currency and location. Currency is detected via IP but can be changed via the country selector.

6.2 Prices exclude delivery charges unless specified.

6.3 Brand prices may vary between territories.

6.4 Accepted currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, AUD.

7. Payment

7.1 Payments are processed via Global-e. Charges will appear as Global-e/ Eterna Arte.

7.2 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Alipay (China/HK), WeChat (China), and other regional options.

7.3 Cheques or bankers drafts are not accepted.

7.4 Payment details are encrypted for security.

7.5 Orders can only be placed in the supported currencies.

7.6-7.9 “Order on Request” items have estimated delivery times and will be processed accordingly.

8. Returns and Cancellations

8.1 Read our Returns Policy carefully.

8.2 Items must be returned in original packaging.

8.3 Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt; items returned after this may be at our discretion.

8.4 Free returns require using original packaging from the delivery country.

8.5 Damaged or faulty items must be reported immediately.

8.6 Faulty items may be repaired or exchanged.

8.7 High returns rates may result in account review.

8.8 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

8.9 Duties/taxes are refunded in specified countries; see full Returns Policy for details.

8.10-8.11 Statutory cancellation rights apply as per local law.

9. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel orders if:

• Items are out of stock

• Delivery is not available in your area

• Incorrect pricing is listed

Refunds will be issued within 30 days; additional compensation is not guaranteed.

10. Delivery

10.1 Delivery will be made to the address provided. Eterna Arte does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

10.2-10.13 Delivery policies include duty-paid/unpaid options and estimated dispatch times.

11. Vouchers and Promotional Discounts

11.1-11.4 Discount codes are non-transferable, limited by expiry, and applied pro-rata to items in orders.

12. Liability

12.1 Notify us of incorrect, damaged, or defective items within 7 days.

12.2 Remedies include replacement, repair, or refund. Liability is limited to direct costs unless otherwise required by law.

13. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays or defects caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, floods, technical failures).

14. Invalidity

If any part of these Conditions is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Conditions, the website process, additional product terms, and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
