We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping to 15+ countries within 7-15 business days.

Where does Eterna Arte deliver and what will it cost ?

A list of all countries we deliver to can be found in the footer by clicking on your current shipping country. 

The cost of delivery depends on your shipping country, and can be summarized below: 

• USA, $30 delivery cost for orders up to $300, $40 delivery cost for orders between $300-$800, and $50 delivery cost for orders over $800

• UK, £20 delivery cost for orders up to £200, £30 delivery cost for orders between £200-£800, and £40 delivery cost for orders over £800

• Europe, €30 delivery cost for orders up to €300, €40 delivery cost for orders between €300 - €800, and €50 delivery cost for orders over €800

• Australia, $50 AUD delivery cost for orders up to $500 AUD, $65 AUD delivery cost for orders between $500-$1,000 AUD, and $80 delivery cost for orders over $1,000 AUD  

• Japan, ¥5,000 delivery cost for orders up to ¥50,000, ¥8,000 delivery cost for orders between ¥50,000 - ¥150,000, ¥10,000 delivery cost for orders over ¥150,000

• Rest of World, $40 delivery cost for orders up to $300, $50 delivery cost for orders between $300-$800, and $60 delivery cost for orders over $800

How long will delivery take?

We aim to deliver all orders within 7-15 business days internationally and 5-7 business days in the USA.

Which courier company do you use?

We work with DHL to deliver our orders globally.

Are duty and customs included in the price?

Duty-Free Destinations

Eterna Arte offers Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the following destinations, which means no additional import duties, taxes, or tariffs will be charged upon delivery:

United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Japan, Bahrain, Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, South Korea, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Macau, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates.

All DDP orders arrive with all duties and import fees fully covered — you will not be required to pay any additional costs upon receipt.

Duty-Unpaid Destinations

Customers in the following regions will receive Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) service:

Albania, Argentina, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Namibia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Philippines, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, Uruguay, Vietnam, and others.

For DDU shipments, you will be charged only for the item(s) and international shipping costs.

Any applicable import duties or taxes will be invoiced directly by your local customs office or courier service (e.g., DHL).

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated import fees prior to purchase, as some countries offer duty-free thresholds.

Flexible Options

For destinations not listed above, Eterna Arte may provide the option to choose between Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) at checkout.

All orders are fully trackable and securely packaged to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Can I ship to PO boxes?

For security purposes, we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Can I rearrange my delivery?

For security purposes, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to rearrange delivery. DHL offer a ‘DHL On-Demand’ service in most major markets. If you have given a valid phone number and email address at checkout, you should receive a message from DHL when the delivery is on its way. DHL will give you the option to rearrange delivery in these communications. If you have any other queries on rearranging your delivery, please contact our Client Service team.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

For security reasons, we are unable to change a shipping address after the order has been placed. Once your order is on its way, DHL will contact you via email and/or text message, and you may be able to customise your delivery directly with them. Some options that they offer are: 

- Scheduling your delivery 
- Leaving with a neighbor 
- Collection at access point 
- Vacation hold

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from client contact@eternaarte.com which will contain your tracking details. You will be able to click the link in your email to track the different stages of your order's delivery.

Can all product be shipped anywhere?

Due to certain local laws, we are not able to ship all product to all available countries. Please note, this list may change as we stock new products and local laws update over time. If there are certain products that we cannot ship to your selected shipping country, then you will not be able to shop them.
